Connection: A Unique Clinic Exploring Horse and Human Relationships
Powerful. Enlightening. Life changing. These are the words and phrases that are often used by people who are deeply connected with an equine partner. Connection comes from communication. “How do I communicate effectively with my horse?” is the most common question we are asked as riding instructors and horse trainers. To help answer this question, we have created the Connection clinic. This clinic is an opportunity to explore the answer to the communication question. Through a series of discussions, activities and interactions with horses, Connection is all about helping you create or strengthen your relationship with your horse.At Dos Compañeros Spanish Horses, we believe that the practice of true horsemanship comes from a deep commitment between a rider and horse. Brilliance in riding can only emerge from a carefully created and nurtured partnership built upon mutual respect and caring between the partners. Rachael Argo and Karen Pyra have both spent many years working with many horses with different needs, and helping people find harmony with their horses, through riding and ground work. Dos Compañeros presents another clinic with Johanna Beattie Batista
For several years now, Dos Compañeros Spanish Horses Inc. has been bringing Johanna Beattie Batista to Canada. This allows Nova Scotia equestrians in various disciplines to benefit from her extensive expertise in classical riding.
